Terms and Conditions

This certificate contains a distributor number, and a unique identification number, therefore it can not be used more then once, Once you purchase this certificate you have approximately two months to activate the certificate. Once you activate the certificate (no later then 72 hours after the date on the certificate), you will have one year to take this Bahamas vacation (you are not obligated after this purchase to activate any certificate, nor travel on any vacation). All vacations MUST be booked 45-90 days prior to the departure date. You must be 18 or older; under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Changes in reservations, or cancellation will result in charges to you. No refunds if cancellation is less than 14 days prior to travel date. Reservations received less than 45 days from travel date will be charged a $25.00 per person fee, which will be to accelerate your travel reservations. Documentation requirements for entry into the Bahamas, and re-entry into the United States: U.S. citizens must carry proof of citizenship (passport, or birth certificate and a picture i.d.). Foreign passengers must be in possession of a valid passport and a multiple entry visa. It is the passenger's responsibility to check with government agencies or consulates to determine required documentation for entry into the Bahamas, and re-entry into the United States. All visitors are subject to the laws and regulations of that country. Your cost after purchasing this certificate will be approximately $198/person payable to the travel agent booking your vacation to cover the cost of the hotel and cruise or airfare. In addition, $10-16/night/person for hotel taxes are payable to the hotel once you arrive. Gas Surcharge: During certain times they may apply a $58 surcharge.

3Day & 2 Night Certificate

This Certificate is valid for a reservation form, Offering you and a guest 3 days & 2 Nights accommodations in your choice of 20 different citys (full list send email) Your cost is just a $10 registration fee and room tax of between $5 and $9 per night depending on city selected. Reservations must be taken within 1 year. Reservations must be booked at least 45-60 days in advance. This offer is not connected with any timeshare presentation. Ages 21 or older. Some restrictions on available dates may apply. Dates near major holidays are usually not available on this special offer. Transportation, Meals and room taxes are not included.

Terms for all Florida & Bahamas Cruise/Fly/Hotel/ Vacations

All travelers are responsible for their taxes (hotel, airline, and cruise), custom fees, gratuities, and hospitality fees associated with their vacation. All reservations are on a written information basis only. Be sure to send in your reservation request in plenty of time to secure your vacation dates. Major holiday travelers, plan well in advance. We require 60 to 90 day notice. This offer is valid for adults 18 years or older. Any traveler under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, 18 years or older. Please give Fantasy at least 45 days notice prior to requesting your travel dates. Give an alternative travel date. In the event that your first request date is not available, we will automatically apply for the second date. Once we apply for your travel dates, this will confirm your travel request. This is not for checking availability. This is making your travel arrangements. Confirmations will follow. Reservations received in less than 45 days from travel date will be charged a $25.00 fee per person. This will be to accelerate your travel reservations. Fantasy is not responsible for increases in airfare, cruise, or hotel prices, or taxes. Major holiday travelers may encounter these additional charges. Fantasy is not responsible for any changes in flight, or cruise times. Fantasy is not responsible for any acts of God, natural disasters, or cancellation of reservations by airlines or cruises. All airline and cruise taxes, additional travelers fees, and hospitality fees will be collected in advance. These fees must be paid to Fantasy prior to our office applying for vacation dates. All hotel and rental car taxes will be collected at check in, except for Club Fortuna. Alcoholic beverages, telephone, and transportation are the responsibility of the travelers.
Documentation requirements: for entry into the Bahamas, and re-entry into the United States, U.S. citizens must carry proof of citizenship (passport, birth certificate, and a picture i.d.). It is the passengers responsibility to check with government agencies, or consulates, to determine required documents for entry in to the Bahamas, and re-entry into the United States. All visitors are subject to the laws and regulations of that country. Due to certain seasonal demands and availability, Fantasy reserves the right to offer substitute hotel or cruise accommodations, of equal or greater value, when necessary. Fantasy assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer bay any other agent, or distributor, other than those specifically contained in this offer, and contained within the terms and conditions of this offer.
Changes in reservations will only be accepted in writing by mail, fax, or in person. Your change of date, or name, must be received at least 21 days prior to your travel date. You will be charged additional penalties that are incurred by Fantasy, plus a $35.00 per person service fee. You may then reschedule your vacation under normal terms and conditions.
Cancellation of your vacation itinerary will be accepted only in writing by or mail, or fax. Cancellation must be received by Fantasy at least 21 days prior to your departure date, for a partial refund. A $50.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged to you. Vacation deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellation received within 15 days of departure date are subject to an additional $25.00 fee per person, plus any additional expenses or fees that Fantasy incurs from participating cruise ships, hotels, and airlines. If cancellation is less than 14 days prior to travel date, no refund. The voucher expires one year from the issue date. Travel must be completed before expiration of the voucher. The voucher is for promotional use only. The voucher is void if resold. You may transfer your vacation for $25.00 transfer fee. This fee must be paid prior to any transfers. You may extend certain vacation for up to one year, for a fee $25.00. Please call the Fantasy office to inquire. Fantasy is not responsible for changes, or cancellation, of agreements between any hotels, cruise ships, or airlines.

Terms and Conditions

We only distribute the travel vouchers, we are not the travel provider. Questions about travel should be directed to the travel provider listed on your voucher. All phone numbers and means of contact will be listed on your travel voucher. By bidding you agree to hold us harmless for any loss that may result due to the purchase of your vacation or any providers or loss caused by others.
